We can also arrange for you to meet your carefully selected cleaner before they begin working for you.
We carry out a thorough vetting process before a cleaner commences working with us. We verify the cleaners’ identity through various security checks and can ensure they are police checked. We meet every cleaner in their home to assess whether they will pass our stringent “would we let this person clean in our home’ test.
Clients don’t have to be in when the cleaner calls, as lots of our customers have extremely busy schedules. We will visit on a day and time that suits the client.
Pets are not a problem. We make sure that the allocated cleaner is pet friendly.
