Mapperley musicians join Carlton MVC to raise funds for NSPCC at Jenny Farr House

Carlton Male Voice Choir has organized a Midsummer Fundraising Concert in aid of the NSPCC. On Saturday 23rd June they will perform in the wonderful setting of Nottingham High School. All proceeds of the concert will be donated to the NSPCC Nottingham Service Centre at Jenny Farr House in Mapperley.

The concert will feature performances by this year’s joint winners of the choir’s prestigious Music Maker Award. Nathan Holroyd and Konya Kanneh-Mason are both from Mapperley, and dazzled the audience at the choir’s recent Festival Concert at Nottingham’s Albert Hall. This concert will provide further opportunity to display their remarkable musical talents.
